Statement of Conversion

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency - dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site'.

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. Delivery of goods and possible restrictions

We deliver products on the territory of Serbia. All products will be carefully packed and delivered by local courier services.

The usual delivery time is between 2 and 14 working days - from the day of the order.

Delivery outside of Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina is made according to the following conditions:

Note: Prices include VAT. The value of the shipment up to 75 EUR (Montenegro) and 150 EUR (BiH) is exempt from customs duty. In the event that the amount of the shipment is greater than the specified amount, the amount of the customs duty will be borne by the buyer and will be shown during payment. All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD).

Claims policy

Please check the product immediately after download. If the product is faulty, damaged or wrongly sent, contact us as soon as possible in order to assess the condition and solve the problem. You will receive confirmation of receipt of the complaint as soon as possible, along with notification of the number under which your complaint was filed in our records. We will respond to your complaint in writing or electronically without delay, and no later than within eight days from the date of receipt of the complaint. The response to the complaint must contain a decision as to whether we accept the complaint, a statement about your request and a specific proposal and deadline for resolving the complaint. The deadline cannot be longer than 15 days.
